About the role

  • We are looking for an additional full time Registered Dietitian to join our team onsite at our Los Angeles, CA clinic.
  • This is an opportunity to join an interdisciplinary team committed to providing personalized, compassionate and high-quality SMI care.
  • Dietitians at Amae are a critical part of our patient's care journey, supporting their physical health as well as their mental health.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Nutrition & Patient Support
  • Implement behavior-change strategies, address barriers, and adjust plans based on patient progress.
  • Support dietary and nutrition-led interventions in partnership with dietitians/nutritionists.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams to share updates on patient goals, progress, and clinical considerations.
  • Manageable caseloads, meaningful clinical depth, and purpose-built tools designed for this population.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field such as Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related area from an ACEND-accredited program, along with current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

Skills

  • New science and measurement frameworks to define what real outcomes look like in SMI.

Compensation

  • Amae Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • Base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $105,000 per year (based on experience).
