About the role

  • The position involves commissioning pilot equipment at customer sites, ensuring systems run effectively, and supporting ongoing optimization of Cesco's chemical treatment programs in heavy industrial environments.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and customers to establish treatment programs, collect and interpret performance data, and make informed, data-driven adjustments to improve system outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, as this role serves as a key link between operations, customers, and the technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pilot equipment, pumps, feed systems, controls, and related components
  • Support installation and startup of treatment equipment and chemical feed systems in heavy industrial environments
  • Use data to make informed, real-time adjustments to chemical programs and system operation to optimize performance
  • Provide technical field support to Sales and Technical teams during trials, evaluations, and ongoing programs
  • Document system performance, service activities, and site conditions through service reports and internal communication
  • Support equipment logistics, preparation, and refurbishment between deployments

Requirements

  • This role will require the ability to move, stand, sit, bend, lift, and turn freely.
  • Must be able to handle tools and operate equipment while using proper PPE at all times.
  • Position will be required to visit customer sites which may include but is not limited to: manufacturing sites, water treatment facilities, mills, or related.
  • Will be required to be in adverse weather conditions.
  • Local State Driver's license and proof of insurance required by the time of hire.
  • 2 + years of technical experience in water treatment
  • 2 + years experience with plumbing and electrical, general mechanical skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to work outside of standard operating hours as needed
  • Must be able to work outside of standard operating hours as needed; travel 50-90% throughout W ashington, Oregon and Idaho.

Compensation

  • SALARY: $81,000 /year
