About the role
- The American Camp Association® (ACA) is a national nonprofit organization serving the more than 20,000 year-round and summer camps in the US that annually serve 26 million campers.
- Assure that ACA embodies inclusive and welcoming practices to its members and assure members from all backgrounds feel welcomed and have a voice at ACA.
- Guide camps and individuals through the joining process.
Responsibilities
- ACA is committed to empowering camps to create quality experiences that build a world of belonging and growth.
- This position will support work in our Western Region in multiple Time Zones from Mountain to Hawaii but generally on Pacific Standard Time.
- Lead membership and accreditation sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new membership opportunities
- Collaborate with accreditation managers to onboard new "trying" camps and existing accredited camps.
