About the role

  • This position will report to the IT Business Services Manager.

Responsibilities

  • IT Technician Sr Site Services Support
  • Huntsman is seeking an IT Technician Sr Site Services Support supporting the IT Division located in Conroe, Texas.
  • Provides technical services and support for business systems and applications.
  • Provide technical services and support for business systems and applications.
  • Support site functions, roles, and initiatives, as assigned.
  • Follow instructions and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in a technical field related to the position, or 5+ years of related work experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Technology Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Demonstrated customer focus, empathy, and structured thinking, with high standards of process adherence and a proven record of client satisfaction.
  • You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
  • If applicable, the ability to work overtime may be needed to ensure required staffing capacity to meet daily production objectives.
  • Participate in and complete company-required training programs.
