- Guest Services Associate A Guest Services Associate is responsible for providing a hospitable, safe, and healthy environment in which guests experience enhanced dignity and respect.

Responsibilities
- Perform guest intake responsibilities, ensuring that all guests are greeted and provided with a detailed orientation of program guidelines, when applicable.
- Develop rapport with guests and garner guest feedback.
- Create, lead, and/or implement engagement activities with our guests, when applicable.
- Build rapport and trust with our guests through constant engagement and checking in.
- Assist Lead staff or Program Management with supplies inventory check/ log.
Requirements
- The duties as described will required frequent standing and walking.
- The employee will frequently be required to lift/pull/push/move up to 50 pounds.
- Monday-Wednesday 3:00PM - 11:30PM + Saturday-Sunday 7:00AM-3:30PM Do you meet the REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for this position?
