About the role
- Job Description Kraft Heinz is seeking a Sr.
- Analyst, Customer Data & Analytics to join our Kroger team and play a critical role in supporting our broader sales team.
- This role will champion data literacy across multiple teams, facilitate training, gather feedback for solution improvements, and overall data analytics needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day reporting and coordinate sales analysis and presentation needs Ability to learn and manage internal Kraft Heinz systems - Compass Provide guidance and direction on reporting needs, focus areas, and continuous improvement Review and optimize data communication needs and reporting as needed Collaborate with sales and growth managers to integrate qualitative data and provide holistic insights dentify opportunities for account teams and develop new ways to use attribution to drive value and speed of insights delivery
Skills
- Understanding of BI Dashboard tools, preferably Power BI
Compensation
- $89,800.00 - $112,200.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
- The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
