About the role
- The Dermot Company, a New York and Florida based real estate developer and operator, is seeking a Resident Manager who will be responsible for the facility management of the our Arabella Property and ensure a positive quality of life for all residents!
- Please note: This is a single-site resident manager role where you are the only staff member.
- We are looking for someone who is capable of cleaning, handling trash and porter duties in addition to being handy to handle service requests.
Responsibilities
- Develop contract scopes of work, qualify vendors and review / level all bids Manage all maintenance associate duties including scheduling, work assignments, follow up and measuring performance, ensure standards are met, etc.

Compensation
- 75,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD per year (Manhattan, East Side)
