Requirements
- Make engineering design changes to existing standard product drawings as required.
Skills
- Associate or bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred.
- 2-year CAD certificate from Technical College or equivalent documented experience.
- 2 or more years of AutoCAD drafting experience (SolidWorks ability a plus).
- Experience with CNC programming and/or nesting software for Laser cutting metal working machinery.
- Experience with laser nesting, CNC programming, G-code, and related manufacturing software is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read engineering, architectural, and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to revise engineering drawings based on requirements or engineering department instructions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work to align with the deadlines and project milestone dates.
