About the role

  • Job Title - Project Engineer - International Location - Various International locations Typical projects are $200 - $400M in value and involve a commitment of 3-5 years.

Responsibilities

  • Manages project engineering and related personnel functions and activities to ensure that they comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule.
  • Provides technical support for construction efforts including participation in construction planning and design.
  • Is also involved with design interpretation, application of construction methods, resolution and documentation of design conflicts and constructability reviews.
  • Develops, implements, and administers project engineering procedures and other work controlling documents.
  • Develops proposals and change orders for the implementation of contract changes with the owner and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage costs and control schedule.

Requirements

  • Participates in the development of required documentation to be provided to the owner.
  • U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance required.
  • Working Conditions - Construction setting, travel required, full time.
  • Must have the ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for longs periods of time, lift and hold in excess of 50lbs, talk, hear and occasionally sit.
  • Must have the ability to withstand confined spaces and or/extreme heights while negotiating tasks at hand in a safe manner to themselves and/or others.
