Responsibilities
- Lead rental strategy and full P&L performance, with a strong focus on fleet utilization, revenue growth, and market expansion
- Partner with sales and field leaders to align fleet mix with customer demand, industry trends, and regional market needs
- Leverage data, reporting, and pricing tools to drive decisions on utilization, rates, and fleet investment
