Responsibilities

  • The Project Executive leads and manages a business unit responsible for profit and loss aligned with overall company business plan.
  • Actively manage the workload, professional development, and client development skills of project management staff.
  • Promote client development while developing professional skills of project management staff.
  • Initiate, execute, and document a quality pre-con, start-up meeting aligned with company standard.
  • Perform weekly/monthly reviews with teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality of work, safety, administration and profitability.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and document project close out meetings.
  • Drive division profitability through effective project execution.
  • Develop the organization to achieve excellence through continuous improvement.
  • Support lesson learned activity and implement identified initiatives.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop the group of direct reports.
