Responsibilities
- Regular coordination with Finance, Contracts, Project Management, and other teams to develop and present program financial reporting.
- Perform schedule-based risk analysis on the company's projects
- Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
- Support the preparation of business proposals to the US Government and industry
- Support compliance with contractual requirements and internal procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of program management or operational workflow
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and functional departments
- Ability to work and communicate with a diverse group
- Familiarity with Costpoint, COBRA, or other established EVM systems
- Experience in Business Consulting, Engineering, or Finance
- Experience in government contracting
- Experience in Data Analytics and Visualization (Kronos, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience with FAR/DFAR Cost Account Standards (CAS)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to support program management, integration, and control strategies
- Ability to support decision-making and conflict resolution
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Reporting to the Program Control/Finance Manager, this is a key role provides financial oversight, analysis and reporting of variance types of programs.
- In close collaboration with the program team, this role will influence good decision making for the program, company and customer.
- will include establishing cost baselines, EAC development, analysis of contract task orders, labor analysis, subcontract finances, purchase requests, EBITDA and revenue forecasting.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management is a plus and will help provide performance information to the program and management team.
- The role prepares ad hoc reports and analyses as required.
- Understanding of EVMS and government CPR reporting a plus
