About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop, submit, and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders from beginning until delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
- Maintain SharePoint sites and track Travel Requests, Overtime Requests, and Trip Reports
- Provide administrative support to Program Manager and perform ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Program.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience with MS Office to coordinate calendars, write communications, develop documentation, and develop filing system.
- Assignment as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for processing required travel documentation.
- Desired skills in SAP Concur.
- Excellent Organizational Skills
Skills
- Active Secret Clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 years administrative experience
- Must be self-motivated and work well on a team
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
