Position Summary MD Cosmetic Abbotsford is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of our medical aesthetics clinic.
This role provides leadership to both the clinical and administrative teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of patient care, achievement of clinic goals, and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Position Details Leads all operations within the four-walls of the clinic which includes, but is not limited to: maintaining a motivated, engaged & effective team, optimizing staff utilization, ensuring policies & procedures are followed, implementing clinic initiatives, and maintaining accurate inventory of goods, supplements, and supplies.
