About the role

Work with broader commercial organization on corporate customer engagement opportunities, new thought leader identification, and overall customer experience strategy

Key areas of focus include thought leader engagement strategy, conference strategy, and sponsorships to build market awareness of Tarsus as a company, Demodex blepharitis, and TP-03, in preparation for TP-03 commercial launch.
This role will be involved in hiring, developing & retaining a team, developing long term physician engagement strategies, key engagement processes and, establishing key success metrics, and developing and achieving strategic priorities.

Demonstrates strong outcomes focus by aligning teams around shared priorities, proactively addressing risks and dependencies, and driving cross-functional accountability to sustain progress and deliver results.
Fosters empowerment by aligning authority with accountability, developing leaders' decision-making capability, and creating systems that support performance and growth.
The ability to independently manage multiple deliverables and shifting priorities with strong skills in project management, collaboration and communication will be key to success.

Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field.
Strong communication and change management skills required, in addition to ability to build strong relationships both vertically and horizontally

The expected base pay range for this position is $255,000 - $357,000 plus bonus, stock equity, and comprehensive benefits.

A master's degree (MBA or advanced science/medical degree) is strongly preferred
15+ years relevant experience required, healthcare/pharma, ophthalmic experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of working with Marketing, Commercial Operations, Market Access, Development, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
