About the role
- The ideal candidate has experience performing a wide variety of ophthalmology tasks and has an interest in a long-term career within clinical research.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality OCT imaging according to study-specific protocols.
- Upload, label, and maintain imaging files in accordance with study requirements.
- Maintain and calibrate ophthalmology equipment.
- Accurately document procedures and maintain source documentation.

Requirements
- Participate in sponsor training as required.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years as an Ophthalmic Technician, Ophthalmic Assistant, or Ophthalmic Photographer.
- Experience performing Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), fundus photography, electroretinography, IOP measurements, Amsler grids, visual field testing, corneal topography, etc.
- Previous experience in clinical research preferred.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and image quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
