- Collect, interpret, and report HR trends and metrics, providing insights to guide decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel skills, with ability to interpret HR metrics and develop data-based recommendations.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) with the ability to influence and partner across all levels.
- Partner with managers and employees to enhance work relationships, support conflict resolution, and improve morale, productivity, and retention.
- Manage HR systems and transactions, ensuring data integrity and efficient HR processes.
- Support compliance with all safety procedures, standards, and safe‑work practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when addressing safety‑related employee issues.
- And within a two hour drive (or less) are cosmopolitan and historic Montreal and Ottawa, Canada to the north, and to the south are the tall, beautiful views of Adirondacks and within it is Lake Placid The Olympic Village.
Requirements
- Standard business schedule with occasional flexibility required to support operational priorities.
Nice to have
- Associate degree or equivalent job-related experience, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and HR compliance, preferred but not required.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
Compensation
- 111,800 - 167,400 USD annually
- Total rewards packages listed, including base salary and bonus eligibility, applies to US based applicants only.
