Responsibilities

  • As a trusted partner to our clients, we deliver reliable, high-quality results, grounded in a deep understanding of local context and regional needs.
  • Oversee design development for roadway and multimodal projects, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate internal teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality, on-time results
  • Support and contribute to proposals, scope development, and project pursuit efforts.
  • Analyze engineering challenges and develop practical, cost-effective design solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, providing guidance on both technical work and project delivery.
  • You'll work across a range of projects, including urban and rural roadway design, multimodal improvements, and bridge-related coordination, while building strong client relationships and supporting targeted business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required, or ability to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited institution

Nice to have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, but not required
