About the role
- You'll work closely with Growth and GTM teams to tie every event to a business outcome - who we want to meet, what we want to leave with, and how we measure success.
- Every event connects to pipeline, brand, or both.
- This internship also offers the possibility of conversion to a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Own InstaLILY-hosted events end-to-end: venue logistics, vendor coordination (catering, AV, swag), registration platforms (Luma, Partiful), invite list curation, and run-of-show
- Coordinate our presence at industry conferences and expos (e.g., MODEX, ISM World, Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE): team attendance, booth logistics, partner meetings, and post-event follow-up
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain an event budget
- Strong written and verbal communication. You'll be emailing executives, vendors, and partners
- AI-native: In how we build, how we work, and what we sell
Requirements
- 0-2 years of professional experience.

Compensation
