Responsibilities

  • NBC Connecticut is looking for a content producer to collaborate with our team of exceptional journalists to create engaging and compelling content for our broadcast and digital platforms.
  • Create memorable newscasts for television and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with an experienced award-winning team
  • Develop within the NBC Owned station group

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work at the station in West Hartford, CT
  • Must have the ability to work any of a 24 x 7 shift
  • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Required on site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or journalism
  • Knowledge and understanding of various media platforms
  • Ability to solve problems, prioritize decisions and act decisively under deadline
