Responsibilities
- Support team decision-making and provide technical mentorship to equipment operators to improve machine longevity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and support general housekeeping efforts.
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives across the facility.

- Diagnose equipment failures using a root-cause analysis approach to prevent recurring issues.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Commission and calibrate new machinery, ensuring sensors and actuators are integrated correctly with the plant's control systems.
- Production machinery
- Use hand tools, power tools, testing instruments, and precision-measuring equipment.
- Disassemble equipment to repair or replace worn or broken components.
- Adjust and align mechanical parts as needed.
