Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain both in-house applications as well as integrations with third-party platforms using a mix of homegrown platforms and industry-standard technologies
- Work with partners in Business and Operations teams to understand and document requirements, and develop technical specs and designs
- Actively participate in the full SDLC, including coordination and support of testing and deployment
- Take ownership of not only developing new code but also addressing escalated production issues and participating in ongoing infrastructure initiatives such as upgrades and migrations
- Manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational discipline
- Collaborate effectively across the team and broader technology organization, contributing to and leading technical discussions and design reviews
- In this role, you will collaborate with an agile team to design, build, and maintain platforms that adapt to the fast-paced growth of our business.
- Your expertise will drive the delivery of innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline - or equivalent practical experience
- 4-8 years of hands-on C# development experience, preferably in private wealth, wealth management, or financial services
- Deep proficiency in.NET/C# (including.NET 6+) and Microsoft SQL Server. required
- Hands-on experience with the Angular framework. required
- Hands-on experience integrating with SOAP and/or REST-based services using XML/JSON. required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or assistance to complete tasks
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. required

Nice to have
- Experience with Charles River OMS is a plus
- Experience with Azure (DevOps, App Services, or similar), Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Understanding of the Private Wealth asset management industry is a plus
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $110,000-$150,000.

- This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
