Develop and maintain both in-house applications as well as integrations with third-party platforms using a mix of homegrown platforms and industry-standard technologies
Work with partners in Business and Operations teams to understand and document requirements, and develop technical specs and designs
Actively participate in the full SDLC, including coordination and support of testing and deployment
Take ownership of not only developing new code but also addressing escalated production issues and participating in ongoing infrastructure initiatives such as upgrades and migrations
Manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational discipline
Collaborate effectively across the team and broader technology organization, contributing to and leading technical discussions and design reviews
In this role, you will collaborate with an agile team to design, build, and maintain platforms that adapt to the fast-paced growth of our business.
Your expertise will drive the delivery of innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with evolving business needs.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline - or equivalent practical experience
4-8 years of hands-on C# development experience, preferably in private wealth, wealth management, or financial services
Deep proficiency in.NET/C# (including.NET 6+) and Microsoft SQL Server. required
Hands-on experience with the Angular framework. required
Hands-on experience integrating with SOAP and/or REST-based services using XML/JSON. required
Ability to work with minimal supervision or assistance to complete tasks
Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. required

Experience with Charles River OMS is a plus
Experience with Azure (DevOps, App Services, or similar), Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Understanding of the Private Wealth asset management industry is a plus

The salary range for this role is $110,000-$150,000.

This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
