About the role
- Our clinics are dedicated to improving the health of all people in our communities by providing quality, respectful and culturally-appropriate primary, holistic and preventative care.
- This position is based in beautiful Homer, Alaska, overlooking Kachemak Bay, mountains and glaciers!
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (either five 8 hour days, or four 10 hour days) Salary Range: $160,000 per year and up, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Support open access scheduling and be prepared to see an average of 14 patients per day.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- unrestricted DEA Certification, State of Alaska Advanced practice Nurse license OR ability to attain within 3 months of hire.
- 4+ years of experience in Primary Care with a strong preference for experience practicing in integrative or holistic clinical environments.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and a pre-employment background check including fingerprinting.

Compensation
- $160,000 per year and up, depending on experience.
- Type of Employment: In-person, not a remote position
- Function as a patient advocate; conduct follow up care and coordinate patient care with other holistic providers within the practice, and make appropriate referrals for patient continuity of care.
- Participate in grants applications and administration as it relates to clinical care.
- Support open access scheduling and be prepared to see an average of 14 patients per day.
- Comply with timely documentation standards as specified in policies.
