About the role

This role includes the setup and operation of equipment such as centerless grinders, cylindrical grinders, cut‑off machines, CNC tool grinders, measuring instruments, and other related manufacturing equipment.

Develop, edit, and optimize programs for NC/CNC‑controlled grinding equipment.
Perform all phases of assigned operations in full compliance with company policies and all applicable state and federal safety and environmental regulations.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper housekeeping standards in all assigned work areas always.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Always support and promote a safe working environment.

Accurately enter quality, SPC, production, and other required data into designated company information systems.
assist the maintenance team with major repairs as required.
Wear all required PPE and strictly adhere to company safety rules.

2-3 Years' Experience Working with CNC Machines in a Mechanical or Process Industry Preferred.
