Responsibilities
- We are pivoting from isolated systems to a global ecosystem driven by AI and automation, and we need someone who wants to design the foundation for our next phase of global growth.
- You have an architect's mindset backed by a builder's credibility, meaning you can whiteboard a complex architecture and validate it in code when needed without relying on PowerPoint.
- You possess an intense discipline for technical decision making, with a proven ability to drive rigorous RFC processes and build cross-team consensus without ever sacrificing speed.
- When it comes to AI, you have already structurally changed how a team builds software by making AI part of the operating model, raising the bar for everyone around you through shared AI-assisted systems.
- We also give our teams access to AI tools and the encouragement to use them thoughtfully, to move faster, explore ideas, and build better ways of working.
Requirements
- You are an expert in complex cloud environments and SaaS ecosystems, navigating API integrations, distributed data systems, and the realities of modern CI/CD practices for deployment and upgrades with ease.
