About the role

Responsibilities

  • ✅ Manage CMMS/EAM work orders, metrics, and reporting
  • ✅ Support safety and environmental programs
  • ✅ Perform routine inspections and maintain accurate documentation
  • ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • We're looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance schedules, manage work orders, oversee vendor relationships, perform routine facility and equipment inspections, track compliance activities, and support equipment reliability initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2 years' data entry experience and/or 2 years' fleet maintenance coordination or related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to input data with a high accuracy rating and attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Nice to have

  • ✔ Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, or industrial operations preferred
  • ✔ CMMS/EAM experience preferred
