About the role
- T&I Sprinkler Fitters are responsible for having positive communication with customers, coworkers and the public on a daily basis.
- Responsibilities include performing Testing and Inspection of various Life
- Safety, Suppression, Security and other systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform service and repairs on various Fire Sprinkler Systems including Wet Pipe, Dry, Fire Pump and Pre-Action.
- Perform routine inspections, testing and preventative maintenance.

Requirements
- At least 5 years experience servicing and installing fire sprinkler systems.
- Knowledge of NFPA, IBC, IFC, IMC, Life Safety 101 Codes.
- Knowledge of steel systems (commercial work).
- Knowledge and ability to use and operate required test equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Must be able to obtain a DPS fingerprint clearance card.
- Ability to understand, execute, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
- All documentation, field updates and communication must be punctual & complete
Nice to have
- NICET 1 or CSA preferred.
