- Collaborate with outsource partners to prepare and quality-control title commitments prior to delivery.

Requirements
- Add required fees to the CD/ALTA as applicable.
- Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- All employees are required to have smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator.

- Title Review & Curative Resolution
- Act as a liaison between the Company, loan officers/processors, lienholders, agents, borrowers/buyers, and sellers.
- Investigate, research, and resolve title commitment issues in preparation for closing.
- Make updates and revisions to title commitments upon request.
- Work closely with underwriting to clear complex title issues and obtain over-the-limit liability approvals.
- Assist with subordinations, payoffs, HOA matters, and other title-related requirements.
- Ensure all title documentation complies with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor accuracy and completeness of commitments prepared by third parties.
