Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and effectively to high volumes of inbound marketing leads, including trial sign-ups, demo requests, webinar attendees, and website chats.
- Qualify inbound leads through active listening and discovery calls, understanding customer pain points and aligning them with New Relic's solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and AEs to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Manage and organize your pipeline diligently, ensuring strict adherence to lead response SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and maintaining impeccable CRM hygiene.
- Grit, drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- This role is eligible for a commission plan (as defined in the sales incentive plan document).
Requirements

Compensation
- The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the on target earnings (salary plus target sales incentives) for the listed position.
- $26.25 - $33.93 USD
