About the role
- HOC Technicians are integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our mining facilities through constant monitoring, immediate troubleshooting, and efficient response.
- Positioned at the heart of our operations, technicians work within our Hub Operations Center to ensure uninterrupted mining activities and quick resolution of operational issues.
- This role has three levels, with responsibilities and expectations scaling with each level of expertise.
Responsibilities

- Manage CCTV systems and maintain secure access to mining facilities.
- Maintain clear communication channels through phone, email, Slack, and direct messages; document all incidents and actions taken for future reference.
- Provide support to other departments by sharing critical operational insights and data.
- Generate, audit, and manage tickets for various operational incidents using our internal systems.

Requirements
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, and PagerDuty.
Nice to have
- High school diploma required
- degree or certification in IT, computer science, or related field preferred.
