About the role

  • Academic Advisor | Sacramento Priority Deadline is June 19th applications will still be accepted after this date.
  • We do this by offering a holistic, asset-based program that invests in each of our scholars over 10 years: from high school to college, through the launch of their careers.
  • The hourly range for this position is $29.01-$34.86/hour, with the exact salary depending on experience.

Nice to have

  • Track and analyze student data to monitor workshop attendance, advising appointments, and academic progress, ensuring all site and organizational requirements are met.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of approximately 120 high school scholars, ensuring each student is equipped with the support they need to matriculate to college and earn a bachelor's degree.
  • Have academic advising experience within a college-access institution.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • You are passionate about youth development and enjoy helping students set and achieve academic goals.
  • You are excited about working a 100% In Person with our scholars.

Compensation

  • The hourly range for this position is $29.01-$34.86/hour, with the exact salary depending on experience.
  • As a new staff member, you can expect an offer between $30.53- $31.97/hour to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during your time at College Track.
