Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal and other teams to align internal delivery.
  • Maintain feedback loops with the Head of Government Solutions to evolve GTM strategy based on implementation insights.

Requirements

  • You must be able to execute independently, influence across teams without formal authority, and operate in high-performance, ambiguous environments.
  • 8-15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in crypto or digital assets, and familiarity with institutional-grade custody solutions, trading, and compliance.

Skills

  • Advanced experience in blockchain forensics and transaction analysis
  • Demonstrated experience with institutional-grade reporting, compliance frameworks, and secure integrations in regulated environments.
  • Intermediate knowledge of crypto custody infrastructure and secure key management
  • Complexity and Impact of Work:
  • Shapes how the public sector securely utilizes digital assets at scale.
  • Operates with minimal oversight in complex regulatory and operational settings.

  • Communication and Influence:
  • Represents the company with credibility and clarity in agency meetings and high-profile forums.
  • Synthesizes complex public sector needs into actionable roadmaps for internal execution.

Compensation

  • $10k-$15k
