About the role

In this role, you will serve as a key member of a technical team responsible for the full lifecycle of an enterprise Revenue Management System (RMS).

Provision and manage AWS infrastructure
Lead troubleshooting efforts for problem identification, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft applications, including Microsoft SQL Server and related enterprise solutions.
Capture and define system requirements and develop 30/60/90-day plans to support customer programs.
Perform system hardening in accordance with FISMA and DISA standards, lead break-fix activities, and develop exemption documentation to satisfy accreditation requirements.
Collaborate with management teams to assess, define, and document system requirements.
Design and develop network architectures and enterprise computing infrastructure solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective, long-term solutions.

7+ years relevant experience.
Familiarity with operating systems, such as Linux and UNIX.
Experience with database management software, such as MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
Excellent scripting skills with knowledge of programming languages, such as Perl, Ruby, and Python.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, AWS EKS and AWS CDK
Good knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP, IP, and OSI models.
Experience working cloud environments to provision environments (server, network access, security).

AWS CLI scripting experience is preferred.
GIT Bash experience and the associated environment, VM's, plus PS (Power Script)
