About the role

  • As new studies are added, or as processes are streamlined, the Laboratory Technician III will need to communicate with other lab and research staff to ensure best practices are being followed for specimen collection and transportation.
  • This position requires attention to detail, organization of multiple simultaneous process, and an understanding of how the laboratory is an essential component in the clinical research process.

Requirements

  • Perform and maintain quality control records and test proficiency samples.

Nice to have

  • ASCP certifications.
  • Related laboratory experience.
  • Experience with clinical research activities, molecular diagnostic, serological and microbiology.
  • Excellent laboratory instrument processing and strict adherence to sterile technique.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly effective organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in database management and data accuracy.
  • Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
