About the role
- Tech Soft 3D is the leading provider of engineering software development toolkits and enterprise applications for CAD/CAE data conversion, visualization, and data publishing.
- You will take a hands-on approach, bringing strong technical depth in 3D and meaningful pre-sales exposure.
- This role combines leadership, collaboration, and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and Lead: Manage, coach and develop a high-performing, global consultancy team
- Build Trusted Relationships: Foster strong connections with partners, peers, and cross-functional teams
- Strategic Impact: Collaborate with senior management to define and achieve business goals
- Drive Customer Success: Understand customer needs, guide technical solutions, and ensure a great experience from first conversation to long-term adoption
- Partner with Sales and Marketing: Create compelling content for sales proposals and contribute to engaging marketing materials
- Enhance How the Team Works: Partner with the Sr. Director of Partner Development to refine tools, processes and workflows so the team can operate efficiently and sustainably

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computing, product design, physics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years' experience working in the Automotive, Aerospace, or Defense sectors, either as an end-user or within the CAD/PLM/PDM software ecosystem
- Ability to travel occasionally
- You are not interested in contributing to a collaborative, people-first team culture
Nice to have
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Experience working with an international team
Compensation
- The U.S. pay range is $160k - $165k/year.
