- Provide change management support across various initiatives and projects and for broad segments of the organization.
- Drive processes to ensure key stakeholders understand the change implications associated with outcomes and deliverables.
- Identify and work with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that help them thrive in continuous change.
- Drive AI fluency as a durable capability.
- Support practical upskilling.
Nice to have
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, or equivalent OCM certification preferred
