About the role

  • We're looking for a creative and organized Social Media Marketing Specialist to help grow Firegang's online presence and strengthen our brand within the dental industry.
  • This role will focus on creating and publishing social media content, supporting the personal brand of Firegang leadership, engaging with the dental community online, and helping position Firegang as a trusted resource for dentists.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Manage both Firegang's company accounts and leadership's professional social media presence.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Personal Brand Support Work closely with Firegang leadership to help grow their online presence.
  • Help develop content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Build authentic relationships that increase awareness of the Firegang brand.
  • We partner with dentists across North America to help them attract more patients, increase revenue, and build practices they're proud of.

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media for a business, brand, or executive.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to match different brand voices.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging social media trends.

Nice to have

  • Experience using scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Metricool, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools is preferred.
  • Marketing, communications, journalism, or content creation experience is a plus.
