Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team to develop comprehensive Consumer Trials plans, including defining objectives, methods, and timelines.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret testing data, and provide actionable insights to support product improvements.
- Collaborate on Product Development
- Work with R&D teams to explore and develop innovative features for OTC hearing aid devices.
- Support product optimization through data-driven recommendations and user feedback analysis.
- Assist users in fitting and fine-tuning their hearing aids to optimize performance and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree or equivalent.
- Expertise in hearing aid fitting, clinical research, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to users and cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in audiology.
- Experience with OTC hearing aids, Consumer Trials, or clinical trials is a strong plus.
- Able to understand some Mandarin/Chinese is a Plus.
