About the role

- As an Operations Team Member (Machine Helper), you will play a vital role in our daily operations by preparing finished goods for shipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean work area using 5S practices, assist with basic equipment maintenance, and uphold safety protocols as a team role model.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (300 lbs total weight limit) and willingness to obtain a Lift Truck Operator License.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (proficiency with production applications).
- Physical & License Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (300 lbs total weight limit) and willingness to obtain a Lift Truck Operator License.

- Pay Rate: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential
