About the role
- This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of chemical dispensing systems and leased equipment at customer locations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- It combines business development, account management, and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service and installation support within territory.
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to support customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical support) to deliver seamless solutions.
- Contribute to a mission that supports both customer success and environmental stewardship.

Requirements
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
- Ability to work nights and weekends as determined by business need, and willingness to travel overnight as required
- Experience in hygiene, cleaning, or chemical solutions industry is an asset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM
- Proven ability to manage a territory and achieve sales targets
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
