About the role
- SLB is seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to join our Field Service team as an Artificial Lift Field Specialist Trainee in Nisku, AB.
- Roles and Responsibilities Execute installation, retrieval (pulls), start-up, and basic troubleshooting of ESP systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures, checklists, and safety protocols to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will support the installation, start-up, and troubleshooting of Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery at the wellsite.
- You will work closely with field specialists, clients, and rig crews to execute operations and maintain equipment performance.
- This role offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise in artificial lift systems while contributing directly to operational performance and service quality.
- Collaborate with field teams, clients, and rig crew to ensure smooth execution of operations.
- Support implementation of new field processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
