About the role

Our Non-CDL Yard Jockey's make $24.36/HR Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, with start times between 5PM and 7PM - work until finish.

Requirements

Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have valid driver's license issued by state of residence
Must be able to pass DOT physical.
All Drivers are required to the Clearinghouse website and register to the new database.
If you have not registered to the FMCSA database, please note registration is required.

Nice to have

Communicate with Dispatcher/Router for truck/trailer and door assignments
Keep assigned equipment coupled
Move trailers between buildings as directed by Router or Warehouse Supervisor
Load, unload or merge loads between environments
Stage shuttle trailers nightly for shuttle drivers
Set up trailers for backhaul with tractor and empty pallets
Place backhauls in correct door to be unloaded by warehouse
Make sure all equipment is paired and ready for next day's deliveries.

Compensation

depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds).
The expected base rate for this role is between $21 and $26 per hour.
