About the role
- In this role, you will work closely with General Contractors, Architects, Landlords, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
- This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicative, and interested in retail construction project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist with retail store build-outs and fixture (FF&E) installation coordination
- Organize and maintain project-related documents, contracts, and files
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator (Retail Construction, Entry-Level) to support retail store construction and maintenance projects.
Requirements
- Performing other duties as required
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Qualifications • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to multitask and manage multiple project timelines • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) • Ability to follow through and manage tasks independently

Nice to have

- Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred, as this role involves communication with our Korean-speaking headquarters and vendors.

Compensation
- $22.00 - 26.00 per hour (DOE)
