About the role

- Establish patterns for test data generation, mocks/stubs and environment parity.
- Make quality visible to engineering leaders.
Responsibilities
- Design robust, maintainable automation frameworks using modern languages and tools.
- Coach engineers on testability, design-for-quality and clean code practices while leading test strategy on complex initiatives.
- You will architect, build and evolve test automation frameworks and pipelines that enable fast, reliable releases.
- Partner with developers, product management and drive quality-by-design, reducing cycle time and raising the bar on reliability, security and performance across our services.
- Job Responsibilities Architect & Build Test Automation: Design robust, maintainable automation frameworks using modern languages and tools.
- Lead & Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including company leadership, product management, and other developers, to turn requirements into repeatable business driven testing.
- Mentor & Influence: Coach engineers on testability, design-for-quality and clean code practices while leading test strategy on complex initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in software testing with a demonstrated focus on test automation or quality engineering at scale.

Compensation
- $80,000-$110,000 Position Description The Senior Software Engineer in Test is responsible for design and development of our quality process and test automation initiatives driving resilient, performant and scalable solutions in the energy space.
