About the role
- We're hiring Class A CDL drivers for OTR positions with the option to run solo or become a Driver Mentor.
- Drivers can expect consistent freight, no-touch loads, and weekly pay, with additional earning opportunities available for those who choose to mentor.
- OTR Solo Driving Solo drivers typically spend 10-14 days on the road before returning home.
Compensation
- Once three months of experience is reached, drivers may move into the experienced solo pay range of $0.50-$0.60 CPM, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
