About the role
- The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support for the Program Director.
- They are responsible for a variety of functions including document processing and preparation, scheduling, data entry, reception and secretarial duties.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of administrative, secretarial and receptionist tasks for the project including, but not limited to, arranging itineraries, preparing agendas, arranging meetings, and composing correspondence and memos.
- Establishes and maintains files and records, which may include clinical or other confidential materials.
- Maintains general filing systems.
- Manage the logistics of routine in-service trainings.
- Attend and participate in Amity community building functions.
- Actively develop and build upon creative and technical knowledge of TC (Therapeutic Communities) program activities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
