About the role

  • You're reaching out to people who already signed up, opted in, or expressed interest in our AI tools.
  • We've been through massive growth before.
  • Our past clients have built additional six and seven-figure revenue streams implementing the consulting we provide.

Responsibilities

  • Contact 30-40 warm leads per day via phone, text, and Zoom
  • Qualify leads based on revenue, business type, goals, and readiness
  • Do confirmation calls on every closer appointment to drive show rates up
  • Warm leads, not cold lists.

Requirements

  • Weekly team trainings from Wires from Strangers, a professional sales management firm with 20+ years of experience building elite sales teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a setter, SDR, or BDR role
  • Familiarity with AI, GoHighLevel, Close CRM, or similar tools
  • Experience qualifying for high-ticket programs ($2,000+)

Compensation

  • This role has multiple income streams that stack:
  • 2.5% commission on every deal your sets generate (when the closer closes, you get paid too)
  • Milestone bonuses for hitting weekly and monthly set targets
  • At target volume (25 sets/week), on-track earnings are $57,000 - $117,000/year depending on close rates and deal mix
  • Everything is uncapped. The more sets you book, the more your closer closes, the more you earn.
  • What We Provide (This Is Not a "Figure It Out Yourself" Role)
