About the role

  • We're hiring a Quality Assurance Technologist who will play a critical role in ensuring food safety and product excellence on our evening production shift.

Responsibilities

  • May occasionally need to support weekend/off-hours needs
  • Maintain strong communication with Production, Maintenance, USDA & FDA
  • Perform sensory evaluations (taste, smell, texture, visual)
  • Support cross-functional teams: R&D, Marketing, Sales, Maintenance, Operations
  • Validate metal detection, thermometer calibration, and process control equipment

Requirements

  • Must be able to wear required PPE

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field - OR - 3+ years QA experience in food manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

Compensation

  • $57,000 to $85,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
