Responsibilities
- Monitors processes to support the production parameters within specifications and checks microbiological conditions of equipment and takes corrective actions.
- Provides guidance, e xpertise and training in selected pilot plant equipment and develops ability on specific equipment.
- Implements the plant reliability strategy by facilitating exercises, tracking performa nce, keeping data and records and reporting status of various reliability programs.
- Manages documentation and records in order to ensure that they are complete, current, secure and easily retrievable.
Requirements
- Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.
Nice to have
- Prepares beverage & beverage base batches based on lab sheets shared by developers within the expected quality and time and prepares consumables & finished goods for production/shipment.
- Analyzes basic beverage parameters i.e., brix, acidity, pH, carbonation, and taste.
- Interacts with the Product Developers to clarify production processes and to inform of non-conformities.
- Works directly with cross-departmental personnel and management to problem-solve to ensure maximum production efficiencies.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is needed with a bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be proficient in understanding, monitoring, and acknowledging machine malfunction alarms with the ability to manage solutions efficiently and effectively.
- Must have a working knowledge of b everage applications & basic parameters, knowledge of principles industrial food hygiene and an understanding of ERP environment.
