Responsibilities
- Answering patient questions and providing phone support
- Team members support one another
- Providers and staff collaborate closely
Requirements
- Comfort using EMR systems
Nice to have
- Phlebotomy experience
- Primary care experience
- CMA/RMA certification
- Experience in team-based care environments
